The terrorists living in Pakistan today and those who lived in Afghanistan during the Taliban days aided and abetted other terrorists to cross into the US to destroy our infrastructure and our form of Govt. I don't know of any terrorist groups in other countries whose goal is to violate the sovereignty of another country and attack their citizens. If the other nations did not believe that Afghanistan needs to be attacked in order to go after the harbored AQ, then they would not have supported the US. Timothy McVeigh was a terrorist here. He lived here and conducted his attacks here similar to what other terrorists such as the Japanese Red Army, Bader Meinhof etc. do.
