You make me smile, Naomi....We have quite a few things in common, it seems...I don't know Party Lites....and drive to IKEA for bags of 100 of the tealights at a crack. One Christmas, gave my Lunch Bunch Ladies each a pretty votive holder, and each a bag of the 100 tealights. Funny thing...a couple of them, still have some of the candles. I told them to "Spend them" when ever possible, into every piece of glass they found pretty in the house...they make their own magic....

IKEA's tealights usually are around $4.95-$5.95, sometimes cheaper as a loss leader. They each last about 5-6 hours, so it's a real bargain. I do usually burn one in at least one room downstairs that is a French Vanilla one....they are lovely!

Your young man friend will get so set in his ways, that it will be hard for any woman to compete with his ways of doing things....<ggg>

Glad you in Houston had a wonderful day of just fun and relaxation. That's what Snow Days should be....they get us in the mood for the Holidays. And they also remind us of what is really important!

See if you can find a coffee scented candle. They are just wonderful.
