Sovereign debt is the rocket fuel for gold. Market still thinking government are guarantees.

Dubai case showed government's guarantees which investors thought were implict, were not there when the guarantees were needed.

That jolted gold up. We need to keep an eye on the correlation sovereign debt cracking and gold jolting.
