You keep saying it was COC when Kilborn's own report, published before the fraud became known, stated that it was not. What part of this do you not understand? Your point appears to be that under typical procedures it SHOULD have been COC. Fine. But that doesn't change the fact that it was NOT COC, and BD/Bateman with IPM IS COC. This whole conversation started when you responded to the point that BD/Bateman are doing COC, by saying that Kilborn did COC on Bre-X, and didn't figure out it was salted. I responded that Kilborn did not do COC. When pointed out, again, that you are incorrect, you twist the issue to obfuscate the fact that you are just plain wrong.
