Well seeing that they didn't submit financials last qtr and they have been delisted for failing to meet listing requirements one of which would be releasing financials, I have little hope they will release them. From their point of view they are no longer a public company and as such have no requirement to have audited or unaudited financials. The courts will decide that. I currently have about 3 companies in similar states of disrepair. The old microforum which is now homserv technologies: releases an annual statement but has no plans for getting a listing. CMKM Diamonds which never had any statements to begin with and is involved in many legal cases involving fraud. This could take years and years. Basically unless there is some award to shareholders for damages suffered even if they released statements what good would it do? You cant trade it. So we wait.
