What's obvious is the flaws in your argument. because "about who gets to rule a country" does not equal "between countries or states". "usually" does not equal "always" ---- As for examples 1 - I did post examples. "Countless numbers of intra-country wars, which are usually about who gets to rule a country, but may just be wars of extermination or conversion. Arguably the early jihad attacks spreading Islam may be an example of this happening across international boundaries, depending on what stage of development you consider the Islamic forces to be one or mote countries rather than a non-national force. Then there is the current war against Al Qaeda." 2 - There is no need to do so in order to define a category.
