Big Buck and Kumar, assuming that the fabs will continue to use the 8" wafer in the 9-12 months before converting to the 12" wafer will the fabs need to purchase revised or new equipment to produce the smaller semiconductors, ie 0.35, 0.25, 0.15, 0.08 or smaller. How often do they have to replace and/repair their current equip? Is there lots of $$$$$$ in servicing the equip? If you know, what % of revenues is made from original outlay of equipment, replacement of equipment and tools and/or servicing and repair of equipment.

Thanks,

Paul V.
