When I got my degree in Marine Science back in the 1970s, it was a generally accepted fact.

That the next Ice Age was coming.

When I graduated with a Mathematics and Computer Science double major we always believed computer models should be available for review and scrutinized for errors - not so in the case.

Sigh - wtf is that? You're way of saying you don't really care if no one else believes on your religion of faith?

This has been an area of research for decades. It isn't like this all started with Al Gore. When I got my degree in Marine Science back in the 1970s, it was a generally accepted fact.

Someone forgot to tell all of the liberal media outlets at the time. The next ice age....1974

Would you like to try again?

>> The whole idea that this is some massive, decades long conspiracy by a huge number of researchers is just stupid.

I don't know about any "conspiracy". There need not be a conspiracy to get something wrong. (The left wing media is not a "conspiracy", but it managed to elect Obama last year).

But when you have people who are having to execute an absolute laundry list in transforming data in order to get the desired result, you have to question the result they arrive at. You apply this method and see what it looks like. Not what you wanted? Do that. Still not what you're after? Try this.

And in the end, resolve that "I just wish there were global warming, so we could prove it is true." Well, I guess.

Hey - Marine science guy - what does that black trend line in decline indicate?
