Apparently that is simply not true....

(Unless you can first tell me WHO you think defines what is "real" and what is NOT.)

Right *now* though the legislatures in all the FIFTY STATES each decide what constitutes a "real birth certificate", and the US Government decides (through, for example, the State Department's written guidelines for what is acceptable proof for issuing a passport, and also through the new post-9-11 national rules governing the issuance of Drivers Licenses in the States) decides what is "real".

And, of course, the Federal Court system decides....

When I say 'who decides', that is what I am pointing to:

A) Legislatures in 50 States.

B) Federal Government.

C) Federal Courts.

So, I repeat my question again, in YOUR worldview who decides what is a "real" birth certificate and what is not?

'Cause I have already pointed to who I think is deciding that legal question now....
