So what has the "war" on pot achieved in the last 40 years? Has it reduced the availability or quality of pot out there? Has the number of users gone down dramatically? Apart from sending billions of dollars to homicidal thugs abroad and funding a huge but ineffective enforcement and imprisonment sector in the US, it hasn't achieved jack. If you are so upset about pot, how would you suggest we approach this issue in the future? Just say no a lot louder and more often? This is a clear case of doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result one day. It's nuts. Why we should keep doing the same thing eludes me.
