Yes, replacement batteries would be a good Wal-Mart business.

They have the car parks, the focal point of hordes of vehicles frequently enough and handy to drive in. But not really designed as pit stops which is what's needed for "refueling".

Yes, large electrical storage,with hundreds of thousands of round trips, would be a ground breaker.VRB could not make it happen for many reasons, but it will happen.I took it on the chin with VRB.
