This is a problem around here in Obama land. Can you please tell us about the great antidrug successes under Reagan, Bush and Bush 2? Obviously, there is something about Republican attitudes and policies that has a magical impact on the situation and transforms it from evil to good through sheer determination from the leadership. What, pray tell, did their collective years of rhetoric and spending in the drug war produce? Seems to my muddled mind that since they held power for the majority of the last 30 years, odds are the situation today probably has a lot to do with the efficacy of their policies and attitudes, don't you think? Especially the situation today after 8 years of a teetotalin' tough-guy alpha male hardass, right? Please enlighten us.
