But China has such a booming economy that they can print flat out without prices rising, so it's whoopee for the bankers doing the printing, which is the government bosses.

China is like the USA was for decades while the economy boomed - printing was no problem and prices didn't rise fast. Unfortunately for the USA, they continued borrowing long after the till was empty and the promissory notes were trustworthy.

Now, the spending has to stop, but like alcoholic heroin addicts, the next fix is essential; it could be traumatic.
