I may be wrong here, but as I understand it, there is no such thing as insider trading in the futures market, in other words it's not illegal since the CFTC has no rules against it... the fact is that insider trading within the futures markets cannot even exist in the first place because those markets are not dealing with real time "here and now" market prices, the entire futures market itself is completely speculative and trades only in the future price, and since no one can know a future price, there can't logically be insider trading... insider trading has to be based in fact, there are no facts about tomorrow's price speculated about today...

I wonder what will happen with the gold market now that we've had a huge drop in one day... do you think we'll continue lower or find support and rally soon enough? What's your best guess? TIA
