They don't have the asset base for one. The $14 million asset is a worthless piece of paper, as it has been stopped at the transfer agent. The certificate is made out to PRTI, to which RMIL (according to Morgan) has no relationship.

Now it they get the money Riley says they're getting, that could change. but even that rumor is unsubstantiated by the company. Riley just wants to post inside information, or rumors.
