You are totally FOS. That girl would never have been convicted on the flimsy evidence they had against her in a US court, and if somehow it did happen, the conviction would not be upheld.

Actually, it happens all the time here.....esp. if you are black.

But what I was talking about in that post was getting an appeal in a reasonable period of time........its not better here. Read comprehension.....you need to work on it.
