Sometimes I feel I am the only one on the planet who didn't care about Tiger Woods. I've never understood inflating the status of people who have one or more freakish physical talents and then lambasting them because they have some other freakish talent or predilection. People on the edge tend to be edgy in more ways than one. It is the defining characteristic of being on the edge. I can understand why his sponsors may regret sinking too much money into his celebrity and now, they don't want to be associated with jokes about Tiger's wood.
