'metals to me are just shiny dirt which is good for various things' - true to some extent for all of us no doubt ... notice that you hardly ever see wooden knives for sale, one suspects that the demand just wouldn't be there

Trust - knifeblades or money, it's all about trust ... for a knife, go with steel every time
