bullw, Cordis is a subsidiary of JNJ. This lawsuit thing has been in the works for a long time. JNJ didn't do anything about it until now because AVEI wasn't in the US market (and won't be for a short while yet) Technically,IMO, the AVEI chart is not looking real good. It is in a deteriorating condition according to MarketEdge at their Stockwatch web site. I will be trying to find out about the possible ramifications of the suit in delaying them in the US market etc.etc. As soon as I get some opinions from their IR etc., I'll post it. I'll call today and see if I can get a response. I live just a short distance from AVE.When was the Forbes article. I would like to read it Thanks.
