I assume you mean unprotected casual sex. To me casual is also infrequent. If so then the diseases are not rampant, but certainly there. It is only when it is very promiscuous does it become rampant, or a very high percentage. Of course if condoms are used even very promiscuous will have very low disease rates. And abstinence always results in absolutely no cases of STD's.
