"lobbying Congress" lolololol you are naive. And just how do you think most laws get passed in this country if "lobbying Congress" is such a laugher? It's a tried and true approach, the predominant one, seems to me, of the list of approaches I offered. How can you not know that? It's certainly more likely to be effective in getting a law passed than running around like a crazy person and possibly getting shot along with the dogs. The dogs don't know any better than to bark and growl but people are supposed to. At least the ones that aren't stupid and classless.
