How about using our military to protect our borders from millions who desire to enter our country illegaly? No matter what one thinks about immigration policies, just allowing any person to walk into our country is a national security issue. Sure, most are just trying to better their lives and work hard, but if we just have chaos and open borders, we're inviting terrorists and others who don't have good intentions to enter our country. That is not an acceptable situation IMO. Isn't that why we have a military in the first place, not to be out policing the world?
