I follow the fellow who as part of EST took me for the first one hundred twenty five thousand. He never went to jail and he has his name in the Internet all the time for violations. Last time it read he had POA for some woman and she was trying to get it back. He is a bad apple. A true con artist and he just keeps getting away with thing. His wife is as bad as he is. Lately Sarasota closed the amount of information on criminals as it once shared on the internet so I cannot always learn what he has done LATELY. It's hard to prove fraud so he got away taking me. I was advised by a circuit court judge retired that to pursue what he did to me would take a lot of money and fraud is difficult to prove.Then later when I checked him out he had had to leave Michigan for selling condos he never owned. Lost his real estate license and everything . However he was head of the standards committee down here in Sarasota... with the Sarasota Real Estate Board. Go figure.
