You are absolutely correct, Dale.

It does not.

It merely affirms that all the data fields *that are listed on the new official birth certificates* HAVE BEEN VERIFIED by consulting what was listed on the original, (now deprecated), old document.

But, when the State changed it's official forms several years ago (for the third time just within the life of this President... as *many other* states also have), certain data fields once included on the older forms are now no longer used.

Just as I said earlier: this basic fact has never been in doubt, or denied. The official forms were ordered changed ('modernized' as they moved to an all-electronic data storage system) by the State's legislature when they passed new laws....
