"It's not how "I think it should be," it's how reality is... How WHAT is?????????? "have you looked at your birth certificate?" Yep. That's basically how mine is too, (from a different State then Hawaii though. My state of birth has, obviously, modified his data systems too over the years.) As I am said --- several times already though --- ALL 50 STATES RECOGNIZE each other's certificates. Without exception. And, ALL FIFTY STATES obey the federal rules (post 9-11), and are themselves recognized officially by the federal government. And EACH and EVERY Court that has yet had the question presented to it.....
