James- I am no fan of the Dannys;but how do you remove them now?

I believe the board and the executive management needs more than a shake-up. But it is almost impossible to remove them unless you are the owner of a substantial block of stock and can influence the outcome of a contested election.

Furthermore, at the upcoming meeting, if all of the proposals sought by management of CCEE were to be defeated, that would not result in the removal of management. It would simply mean they did not prevail at this time, but could come back later to try again.

My view on agreeing to the reverse split and rejecting the others is based mostly on the fact that management can, without giving an amended notice to shareholders, remove a proposal (such as the protection of the board and increasing the float, but could not add the removal of the Dannys as a new affirmative item to be voted.
