Thanks for the recommendation on Businessweek and Forbes - I will check them out- I do know a few Germans, having lived there a few times, and if you want to know about beer, they are the best ones to ask-as for stocks we'll probably do better with Ibexx- "Guten Nacht,und viel Glueck"- Jeff

Dear Tom, your comments from 1997 might still be true.

Investing is about taking risk and luck. But it makes a lot of difference if you are a day trader or hold it long. I wished too I had followed Lindybill stepping out at 55, to step in again later.
But since I sold nothing I lost nothing, if the stocks go up again.

And what they write about SAP is partly to fill the space. Only thing I see is that companies are depending ever more on good systems.
