A single down feather would not be expected to insulate the whole house but it is conceivable that a minuscule temp increase might underneath the feather-insulation composite layer.... But I'm talking about CO2 concentration in the entire earth atmosphere, ie surrounding the earth...gases mix completely. I'm sure you're aware of the small rise in temp causing such concern.
