The reason a stock will gap up the following day without any significant news is simply the volume of buy orders against sells. Obviously, the rush of buys at the end of the day was not completely filled and were carried over to the following trading day. Try not to get too paranoid......... By the way, I'm new to this post, looking forward to good insights. And I've picked up 200 Jan. 98 75 calls over the past week. Any thoughts???? Sure wish the split date was more clear....Sometime in Nov.? Jan.?.....Never? DM
