Whatever your perspective on the book signing event is, it is a far cry from what any objective person would use to characterise a person as indecent. It is reaching is what it is and obviously so, which is more of a reflection on you than Sarah Palin. There are plenty of valid complaints and criticisms you could lodge even on the book tour, this one is lame IMO. Maybe you just like to push my buttons with silly complaints about Palin, but that's just a guess, I don't really know why you don't try a more serious issue.
