Dale, The 3rd Product being released is TSSW's E.support product. E.support is an electronic support system which allow users to communicate with thousands of vendors from one simple user interface on the users systems. Most promising opportunity that TSSW has is the comany's alliance with the Software Service Professional Association (SSPA) and its e.support network. Company expects license and setup fees to range from $8,000 to $130,000 per venodr depending on the size and number of products supported. During the last conference call, the CEO remarked that the company was close to announcing one or more contracts. DC
