Univec was very volatile on Friday with no apparent news. A cheap explanation would be a mutual fund or two dumping the stock, to clear it from the books, prior to the end of the month. Also recall that Univec has one MM (and very low volume) so relatively minor orders can significantly influence the stock price.

One more positive spin would be that the stock and the warrants have had mirror image charts during the last month - with the warrants trading at substantially higher volume. Thus if the warrants foretell the direction of the stock, as they did on the way down, then this spin is justified.

In any event, I'll let you know the moment I hear about the NGO contract.
