Your global warming nuts are reminiscent of the ancient tribal
chiefs and priests. If something is wrong, it is the fault of the people as the Gods, Volcano or whatever are angered. So they sacrificed innocents to appease the gods. As if it would bring rain, crops...herds of meaty mammals or plenty of fish.

If there was sickness it would heal the tribe. As adults now we realize that we cannot control the weather and how silly the others of the past were. Now the arrogant GW nuts have people convinced they control the weather. So the primitives among us want to sacrifice to the gods once again.

The priests and chiefs in the ancient times knew it was bunk, but it worked on the fears of the tribe, a great control mechanism. The voodoo priests and chiefs now are once again taking advantage of the dumb savages, with crooked science and superstitions.

You are the sick ones.

Thomas Jefferson was intelligent. He would realize that global warming is a threat of extinction for the human species

oh bummer! Don't you have faith in Darwin's theory of evolution? Wont some people thrive in the global warming as most die off? Wont those who thrive reproduce even better adapted offspring?

Don't worry be happy.

Labor spat sinks Port of Seattle party
Port of Seattle officials canceled a Tuesday holiday party for union members and Port customers because a restaurant-workers union planned to picket the nonunion caterer hired for the event.

"Port commissioners and CEO Tay Yoshitani believe that continuing with the party in light of this picket is contrary to the holiday spirit," Charlie Sheldon, director of the Port's Seaport Division, wrote in an e-mail uninviting guests to the bash.

AND THE UNION DOES IT TO THEMSELVES AGAIN
