Useless. Still no test results. Still no partnership announcement. Are these guys ever going to get this out of the lab?

You won't be able to get the application. Provisional patent applications are never published, and never examined. They only act as a placeholder. They have to be converted to a non-provisional application before they will be examined. LWLG has one year to convert it to a non-provisional. Even a non-provisional application is not published for 18 months, so we are not going to see this application anytime soon. This is a very minor event dressed up to look like something substantial. I'm beginning to wonder about management's pumping PRs.
