It will be better than what we have now, but I would give it a "C" at best compared to what a modern, coherent political party should be able to achieve.

Given the "big tent" notion of political parties (much preferred on this thread), the ideologically "no" based approach to governing by the Republicans, and the refusal of the WH to take hard positions, if this version holds, I will give it a much higher grade, more nearly a B. Assuming the grade is about the process of passing it, rather than its content.

This same notion has been creeping more and more into my thinking.

Along with it is the thought that the innovative, economic wonder that America has been for 200 plus years has peaked.:(

My hope is that I've actually just become a reactionary curmudgeon, having turned 65 this year. :)
