Not that I'd support using force to respond to force in this situation, doing so is foolish, and likely to only have negative consequences for all involved. Exactly. Which is where I started with this. You have to be stupid or nuts or a martyr complex or some such to respond to this "force" with physical force. Yes, the circumstances are trying and yes, you have no control over them, and yes, I can understand the anger. But adults weigh the inevitable negative consequences and make the right decision on how to respond. I'm sorry, but getting yourself killed in this scenario takes a really stupid move on your part and I don't have a lot of sympathy for folks who are so lacking in maturity and character to make such a move. Provocation is no excuse for stupid behavior.
