At lower rates than more informed people but yes they do vote.

Also you get a lot of effort to push them to vote. I don't support those efforts. They should be free to vote if they want to but no one should pressure them (or in my opinion even encourage them) to do so, and they should really consider either learning more about whats going on or declining to vote.
