Here's the big lie. That limiting CO2 emissions would "wreck" the economy. It's the reactionary's gut reaction to any change (especially if it has any green concept to it). They forget the opportunities of new technology (green clean energy ops. and electric cars for instance). These are all ops. for the USA to establish a leadership in. Instead no, the reactionary still prefers to go the way of the buggy-whip.
