bart,

Actually, I do have one miner long from an error. In my haste yesterday I forgot to cancel a limit buy, so I ended up with a buy that closed green. Figures, but it is fraction of what I was holding before I sold yesterday.

Gold is on the wacking block for a short while. It won't last, but this is expected from the anti-gold clowns.

The GOA is out with an estimate that TARP cost 41.4-41.6 billion. Of course I question such an estimate, but little detail is provided so far and the summary is not yet issued.

In light of the just the automotive "loans" and AIG, 41 billion seems more than a bit light. I'm sure there is a fiscal year cut-off that helped game than number, as well as other "generous" factors.
