If there is any deep pocket share holder or a Law firm who is going to raise a ruckus on the basic premise of this action, it will be at this hearing.. Not sure how the current lawsuit plays out but their arguments are different.. I suspect though they will chime in to go on records.. Another week or so we should see the landscape.. or sooner if we get other news releases.. FWIW.. Not holding my breath..
