Also I'm saying that those who pass the law, are initiating the force and threats of force to compel people, and they are responsible for that. I'm not persuaded. The force being initiated is to buy insurance or pay a fine. No one is forcing anyone to behave like a knucklehead. If you're going to make excuses for the knucklehead, I think that mom is a more likely target than the legislators. BTW, I'm finding all this denial of personal responsibility by conservatives to be, er, interesting.
