I don't the data should support the conclusions no matter what the motives - especially in light of the amount of money needed if the claims are true. I have not heard anything about being flooded with requests - I'm not sure why they would even need to make the request - it should have been downloadable by anyone from the beginning - it's a temp - not bomb plans.
