Sarman, I'm trying to figure out where Russia plays into this plan? I don't know if they are with us or against us. I see that they recently sold something to India, think it was nuclear reactors, usually when the major powers do something, it is to undermine another "titan", for example, China has always wanted to keep India at bay, so to undermine the Chinese position, both Russia and US have been coddling up to India to keep China in its place. I have to see how things begin to play out to see if the US made a deal with one of the titans for those oil/gas fields, in the coming days the news will disclose their hands. GR
