It would appear so, I agree. Inside our demographics there are some trends that some consider disturbing. Also I wouldn't be surprised if the US hasn't dropped below replacement rate. Fewer illegals are coming in and many are leaving. Those that stay are having fewer children. The demographics you cited are backward looking. Still what you cited is pretty true, I think. Some countries like Italy have shockingly low birthrates. I don't know how the country can avoid terrible deflation of real estate prices.
