Excerpts from Struther's Letter---> My replies with the #

"I believe Mael was wronged and does deserve something, however a 100% award to KRY/Mael seems unlikely. This would send a bad message to other seniors investing in the country, including the oils. The government/CVG would be very reluctant to give up all their share"

# yes, well in law the remedy must be spelled out. If the tort was deprivation of property and loss then the remedy is restoration and compensation. Hemlo. Holland, 1984.

"Placer had and still has the backing of the government right or wrong. It is obvious there is a political power struggle going on between the Court and government on this issue and in the country in general."

# True, and it is normal and semi-democratic as in our country. The
former leader was jailed for corrupion. He was released and made to pay a one million dollar fine by the VZ supreme court. He was the one who formed CVG and his minister signed all the contracts they awarded.
These contracts may be invalid. The former head of the MEM has joined KRY's board and has said "we made a big mistake awarding the contract
to Placer Dome"

Further Struther's states:

"If KRY was confident of a win they would be bringing mining people on board as directors, not politicians. It is obvious that KRY needs these people to influence opinion within the court and government"

# But why hire senior former politicians and mining engineers who headed the country's mines ministry. Why do that? It would only improve your odds of making a sound mining company invested in by Venezuelans (not all of whom are broke) Disturbing trend. And who is this idiot Ricci who is that former professor of geology on your field crew? So he finds mines. What good is that?

#Former Ambassador to spain. Cannot help you in law or investment. No connections. I cannot understand it. Bad trends I will admit.

diger; If KRY wins it will go for more than $50 Can per ounce. It is a low cost extraction operation, and could go for $75-100 at todays prices.
