Go to www.ipocentral.com Hit Edgar search and enter TransCostal Marine Services and there you will see a 30 pg prospectus. Basically, why i like DRQ and not TCMS is: DRQ has double the backlog of TCMS (although TCMS says this is not a good indicator if its future revenue) , TCMS has some of their divisions that have not been very profitable, (DRQ has been profitable and growing profits since early 1980's), and most importantly only TCMS's pipeline instillation business seems to be doubling (one of the 3 business, the other 2 are flat). TCMS has debt, DRQ does not. Judge for yourself!! In any event, good luck ..I have spent a ton of time on these cos!! Mike ( I only have so much mon, and can't own both)
