Friday I was looking everywhere for the reason for Cymer's weakness. I spoke to a MM(who I considered short) who said it was something to do with a bond registration and that the stock couldn't trade below 24 3/8. I tried to check the thread and there was over 250 posts. 250 posts since the night before and Aloha was the only one that noticed 172 million dollars worth of bonds had been registrated. I really wish will all can stick to real information. We needed to address this on Friday because some shorts took pieces of information from the S-3 put their spin on it and ran with it. It looks like fundamental change means 'takeover" but I no securities lawyer. If there is a securities attorney out there could he or she please read the S-3 and give us the skinny. Thanks in advance P.S. Sorry Aloha if I offended you, you were the only one that found the S-3 , good job I should have known you had your 7. I just got very upset reading 250 posts of people crying while trying to find and address the real information.
