It should, but it obviously doesn't. Look at Goldman Sacks(sic).. They are raping and pillaging the US financial industry. Goldman Sachs are doing it because they have allowed to. They should be stopped. The only way that they can be stopped is to prohibit any type of lobbying in any level of government. How do you think those civilians get there? Military airlift or vehicles. You would call the mission military, would you? And who do you think rebuilds a country after defeating and occupying it? It's the military who rules under martial law until civilian authorities/entities are stable enough to take over. It's what we did in Japan and Germany. True No different in Iraq and Afghanistan. It is different. Systemic mistakes that could have been avoided and we could have had a much better outcome than what we have now.
