On your Firefox issue you could go to tools/options/security and turn off the safety items and that might allow you to visit your library.

What is the url by the way and I'll try my browser and see if I have an issue with the site.

I have never watched QVC. Oh........take that back. One night we were sitting here channel surfing and there was this braclet. Gosh it was beautiful. Hubby told me to quick, change the channel before we lost our minds. ;) I haven't been back to it since.
