Gore should be an expert on the subject by now, if for no other reason than the involvement he has had with it over the past few years. He may, however, have been in over his head with initial assertions and end up being caught holding the bag when genuine scientists begin to reveal conclusive evidence contradicting the politicized version, which like it or not he owns.

That's about as meaningful as saying the sun is responsible for the greenhouse effect.
